Streaks and badges
How members check in each day, build a streak, and earn badges for showing up.
Coming back matters as much as any single action. The daily check-in rewards members for showing up, and a streak grows the longer they keep it going.
The daily check-in
Each day a member can check in once for 5 points. The check-in card sits at the top of a campaign's action list.
- Open a campaign page.
- Select the daily check-in card.
- The member earns their points and sees their streak tick up.
The card then shows when the next check-in unlocks. Check-ins reset at midnight UTC.
Streaks
A streak is the run of days a member keeps checking in. The longer the run, the bigger the bonus. Bonus points land on day 3, 7, and 14, and again at day 28 and day 42 as the streak rolls into new loops.
If a member misses a day, the streak starts over. The member app shows their current streak and their best ever streak on their profile.
Badges
Badges recognize members who keep showing up. There are two kinds.
- Streak badges for completing 14-day loops, such as a first loop or a third.
- Milestone badges for total check-ins over time, such as the fifth or the hundredth.
When a member earns a badge, the celebration tells them why they got it, and the badge appears on their profile.
