Rewards store

The reward store is where members spend the points they earn. It shows your rewards and what each one costs.

How redeeming works

1. A member opens the store.
2. They pick a reward they can afford.
3. They redeem it, and the cost comes out of their available points balance.
4. Digital rewards arrive right away as a download or a code.

What a member can afford

Each reward shows its points cost. Rewards a member cannot afford yet are clearly marked. When you put a reward on sale, members see the original price crossed out next to the lower price.

What redeeming changes

Redeeming lowers a member's available points balance. It does not change their level. Levels track the points a member has earned over time, not their current balance. Members can see everything they have redeemed in their profile history.
