Using the Admin
The back office where your team builds campaigns, runs the reward store, and looks after members.
The admin is your organization's back office. It is a separate app from the member experience, and everything in it is behind a login. From here your team builds campaigns, runs the reward store, reviews members, and manages who has access.
The navigation
The admin sidebar groups what you need.
- Pages lets you create, build, and publish campaign pages.
- Team lists your admins, and your sub organizations if you have them.
- Member Data is the view of everyone engaging with your campaigns. Data Admins only.
- Analytics shows engagement across your organization, pages, and actions.
- Rewards is your reward store and its redemption history.
- Settings holds your organization settings.
Some of these items have sub pages. Those show a small chevron on the right. Click the item to open or close its list. The list stays open as you move around, and the section you are currently in is always open so you can see where you are.
