Using the Admin

Members and data

See everyone engaging with your campaigns, adjust points, and export to your CRM.

The Member Data tab is the view of everyone who has interacted with your campaigns. It is available to Data Admins.

The member table

The table covers the essentials in a set of columns. These include name and email, organization, level, total actions, total points earned, points adjustments, page shares, the date a member joined, and the date of their last action.

You can do three things from here.

  1. Filter by page, organization, a minimum number of actions, or a minimum number of points.
  2. Sort by any of the key columns.
  3. Export the filtered results to a spreadsheet.

Open a member

Select a member to open a detail panel. It shows their full picture. You will see a points overview, activity by page and organization, points adjustments, reward redemptions, chat activity, and an activity log.

The panel also covers how the member engages beyond actions.

  • Campaigns lists each campaign they joined, with their points and their rank on this week's leaderboard. The week column counts the current week only, so a quiet week shows zero.
  • Sharing shows how often they shared your campaigns and actions, plus the impact of their sharing. Actions driven and points driven count what other people did through this member's share link.
  • Social shows their followers, who they follow, and what they have pinned to their profile.
  • Engagement covers their daily check ins, streaks, kudos, and referrals. It includes referral points they have earned but not yet claimed.
  • Badges lists the recognition they have earned over time.
  • External Actions lists points the member earned for work outside Organiz, like a phone bank or a canvass, credited through an import. See Integrations for how to upload one.
  • Campaign tier bonuses shows the weekly bonuses they collected and the ones they let expire.
  • Notifications shows which notification types they have on. A member with everything off cannot be reached that way.
  • Points capture rate is the share of available points the member actually collected. A high rate means a maximizer. A low rate means they are leaving points on the table, which can be a nudge opportunity. The panel also shows how the member compares with other members of your organization.

Adjust points

Use Adjust Points to add or remove points for a member by hand. This is useful to correct an issue or to reward something that happened off the platform. Every adjustment is recorded and shows in the member's detail.

Points can never go below zero. You can remove up to what the member has left to spend in your store, and never more than their total. The form shows the most you can remove. For a member of one of your child organizations, the adjustment applies to that organization's store.

Who shows up

  • Active members have completed actions on your pages. That includes checking in, earning points, and taking any action. Someone who first joined through another organization still shows up once they take part on your pages.
  • Signed up but inactive members made an account through your pages but have not acted yet. They are a good group to re engage.
  • Anonymous visitors completed actions without signing in. They are counted in analytics but are not tied to a person here.

When a member first joined through another organization, you only see what they did on your pages. Their totals, detail view, and export leave out their activity, points, rewards, and chat with other organizations, and their organization shows as "Another organization".

Members who joined through an imported list show the list name under Joined Via in their detail view. See Import your list for how to bring your CRM contacts onto Organiz.

Export to your CRM

The export includes every field from the member detail view, from contact details to points, engagement, and capture rates. If you filter the table first, the export contains only the filtered members. Match members to your own records by email.

The download works the same for small and large organizations. It arrives in one file, even with thousands of members. Chat activity is the one thing not in the export. You can see it on each member's detail view.

Integrations

The Integrations view lets you connect outside tools, such as Action Network, by saving a verified key.

Once Action Network is connected, every action a member completes syncs to your Action Network automatically. The sync creates or updates the person by email and fills in their name, phone, zip, and SMS consent. It also adds a small set of Organiz fields you can use to build lists: total points, level, total actions, last action date, and member since. Each completion applies two tags, one for the campaign and one for the kind of action, so you can build Action Network reports like "everyone who signed a petition on this campaign."

The sync matches people by email. If a member fills in a signup form while logged out, their real points and level still sync, not zeros. If a member is signed in and types a different email into a signup form, the sync updates their own Action Network record. One member maps to one person in Action Network. The typed email is saved as contact info and shows in the member view and the export.

Members who acted before you connected are not in Action Network yet. A way to send them over in one step is planned.
